Monet disappears at FNB

FNB is *****ing money from their customers. I made a transfer of R14000 to a Nedbank account during the transaction the money went out of my account but never arrived at Nedbank. I luckily received proof that the money never left FNB. I am fighting now already for 2 months with FNB Fourways in Johannesburg to get that money back but nothing happens. Obvious management problem. During my many visits to the bank, I met a lady who has the same problem but in her case it was R32000 and in her case it is already for 4 month. Like Ronald Kasrils says the rot starts at the head of the bank. This is clearly a management problem.
