mom will starve to death because of fnb poor service

My mom is in hospital fighting for her life she's been diagnosed with stage4 of cervical, lung and bladder cancer. She forgot her atm pin and it has been blocked. now she was trying to access her banking through cellphone banking. FNB they're refusing to assist her in the call centre beause they say she must go to the branch. hpw will she go to the bank while shes in hospital and if she go to the branch her temperature will exceed the 37degree. now my mom will starve because she cant access her money because of fnb poor service
