Moipone Gumbi stole my funds.

In September 2023, Ms. Moipone Gumbi blocked my business account (number ***) with all funds and then stopped all communication. She informed me that FNB would freeze the account due to suspicions of it being used for trading, a claim I contest. My attempts to have a normal dialogue were met with silence from Ms. Gumbi, leading me to request the closure of the account and the transfer of the remaining funds to my ABSA bank account.

In December 2023, Ms. Gumbi finally responded with a vague statement that "account verification will be verified," but provided no further explanations or steps to access my funds.

As of January 18, 2024, I still do not have access to my funds and have received no information about the process for their withdrawal. The lack of communication and action by the FNB ***** Team gives the impression that they have ****** my money.
