Moipone Gumbi locking my account for no reason 8 months on hold

Hello FNB. My account not been working for months now I am tired of going to the branch and calling your centers only to be told the same answer which is to call moipone gumbi on email but email no get respond at all. Please if moipone gumbi is a real investigator tell him I'm sleeping on empty stomach with my kids because of you. It's like a crime I open fnb only to have my money trapped inside I can't transaction I can't use card because moipone gumbi lock my bank but why. Is this even legal?
