Moipone Gumbi blocked my business account and stopped all communication.

Two months ago, Moipone Gumbi blocked my business account (***) and ceased all communication. It took weeks to uncover that the block was due to my husband's co-ownership and his prior unjustified ban at FNB.

After removing my husband as co-owner, I and FNB branch employee attempted to contact Moipone Gumbi, as she had informed me that doing so would resolve the issue.

However, I have not heard back from her since, despite nearly daily attempts to reach out. It gives the impression that the FNB ***** Department has very little concern for their clients.
