MOHUDI TEMA - Providing FALSE Information And LYING About Contact Details

It's amazing that a company as reputable as FNB would resort to sly and cunning tactics to prevent rewarding their clients. I had an issue with the eBucks calculation and had actually proved that their calculation was incorrect. In an effort to insist they were correct they sent me a list of my transactions. However, they conveniently decided to omit certain qualifying transactions from their list. When I pointed out their shortcomings they now choose to ignore my e-mails.

I had received a call from Mohudi Tema and explained to him. I had even asked him to send me an e-mail so I could show him my detail. However, Mohudi conveniently NEVER sent his e-mail. When he called me, I asked him if the number he was calling from was his and repeated the number to him. He confirmed that the number was his direct office number. However, I've tried the number for over a week and the call ALWAYS cuts off after one or two rings. So it's more than obvious he had intentionally given me an incorrect number so that I would not be able to contact him and he had also **** about providing his contact e-mail.

Just proves to you that FNB NEVER keeps their promises and have even gone to the extent of providing numbers are either non-existent or never answered.
