FNB is the most useless bank and unreliable too. They suspended your bank without notice and I’m now stuck in a foreign province while the bank holds my account.

They claim they need KYC or it’s a fica (ID and proof of residency) I go to their app and guess what they were captured in 2017 December imagine, I Don't know if my ID has changed or what according to them. Why now I dnt know.

They love holding fund without communication. They claim I was notified on 11:11:2024 no call received on that day.

Useless bank ever. Use it you will suffer.
