Moderate frustration
Agents close the chats on your secure chat option without resolving my issue. They drag on the issue until past closing time and now I have to wait through the year end public holidays.

04 Jan 2024, 10:34Thank you for sorting out the issue. I had problems with my Easy Zero account and it has been resolved with the avoidance of going into a branch. I have the money back that was stuck in that account.
