One thing i do not understand if its a big company they do not care.On 25/06/2018 i was call to repair lights at the branch in Viljoenskroon. In the past i did a lot of work for them never there was any problems i gave them my account and till now a did not receive a payment, every time when i want to know why the account is not paid i had to change the invoice. Aboud a year ago the renovate the whole bank and still i wait. I spoke often with Elaine now she tell me something went wrong with the payment she must pay me out of her own money how can it be if it was a huge amount i can understand but a amount of R 3150.35 if a customer ow them money the take it no questions ask. FNB its not your staff that must pay the companys bills.
