Mixed Experience with FNB

FNB has been decent overall, but there are definitely some frustrating aspects. The online banking app is convenient and works well most of the time, but I’ve had a few glitches that took too long to get resolved. Customer service can be hit or miss – sometimes helpful, but other times the response is slow, especially when dealing with more complex issues.
