Misusing of her power

There’s this manager or supervisor at FNB Bela Bela who’s Name is Mariana she very ****** towards her fellow employees I find her telling them from now on today with immediate effect everyone is gona take 30 minutes lunch time, where is it in the labour act shows that the employees must take 30 minutes lunch! always when I’m at FNB the employees complain about her and the clients also complain she doesn’t talk to client in a good way. those people work very hard. From 8am to 5pm employees take only 30 minutes lunch. I’m not happy with her.
