Misused of powers of debit orders according the requirements of Pasa act

I want to dispute a debit order I have stopped previously but FNB have block me to make a dispute on any debit order or to stop any debit order as I have a right to do so according the Pasa act to prevent the abuse of misused of companies to take a debit order when they want and how much they want after I stopped it that left my bank account without money for other debit orders
