Misuse of affiliation with FNB

I sent an email to *** yesterday at 13:20 regarding a matter that requires urgent attention. I have not received a response nor have I received a reference.

A man named Claude Beukes is emailing me using an FNB email address regarding my property. He is instructing a property management company TMS to issue fines as there is an altercation with my tenant.

I am concerned because he is bolstering his stance by continuing to communicate under the banner of FNB. This leaves me concerned because I am an FNB customer and he has access to all my information, my profile and my details. He responded to an email that was addressed to TMS using an FNB email account and has continued to do so for the last 3 business working days.

I am very concerned as I am not at ease regarding his professional etiquette and conduct in using his status as an FNB employee to send emails to me regarding my property and the fines he is charging.

Kindly confirm in writing that my personal information along with my account are safe and that he has not accessed either.

If FNB has a relationship with TMS please advise because this a breech of privacy given the manner this person is conducting himself. Does FNB support him in his conduct and stance?

Please advise regarding my email to FNB care as I had forwarded Claud Beukes’s emails to me to you guys so you could address this matter urgently.
