Misunderstood at high cost
Good day.
I deposited 5 cheques on Saturday at the FNB branch at Metlife Plaza Port Elizabeth.
I was specific about 2 cheques of R5000 thats need special clearance and the 3 normal deposit.
When I called today to query the transaction I was informed that all 5 were deposited as one and will only clear next week, This is unacceptable as i received 3 separate sms notifications about the deposits.
this has left me hanging this month and i wont have any funds available this season.
What can be done to correct this matter asap.
Kind regards Bruce Gordon
