Mistreatment of Pensioners

I have been a client of FirstRand for years! Today I could get my ID Copy verified for my driver license as FNB as I was told there is no commissioner of oaths to complete this.

How does FirstRand complete FICA? Is this how pensioners are treated? The branch at Eastrand Mall was not busy
