Mistreatment from branch manager

Went to FNB plaza Mthatha today was mistreated by the bank Manager by the name of Zuko Mgudlu, went to reactivate my business account which was closed, he discarded everything before actually checking all the necessary account details. He then said I should say certain words while I was explaining what went wrong with my account. Sent me to a different branch only to find out the my account was originally from his branch. I'm not happy with how he treated me as a client, I've been bank with fnb for more than 15 years.
