Mistreated by FNB funeral

Good day I have join a policy with FnB FirstRand Life insurance. Started date was 2021-10-26 And I have been paying for the policy. Due to financial crisis. I miss some premium as results debit order was bouncing back. I went to reinstate the policy 3 times. On the 30 of November I went to reinstate the policy immediately after I recieve an sms stating that my policy ended. I went to my branch (Mall of Africa to reinstate the policy and it was successful. However the last tempt of putting the policy back was not expain to me. They claim at first that they send me contract via email. The contract was not send to me. They refuse to reinstate my policy when I lodge a complain on that it was not explain to me that when you reinstate the policy for a third time you won't be able to reinstate back. Please help me on this matter.
