Mistake deposits

I deposit to a wrong account and the person sent back the money again. But the branch they say i must have a case no before I get back the money, I do , from last year on August up now nothing happen . i try to call the Fnb branch to one who helpme she keep silent I try to call no answer but she promise to call me . what kind of bank if clients made a mistake .
