Missleading

I have a credit card and I have been paying it, For the last 3 months I have had ***** issues with my cheque account therefore debit orders have been problematic. When I queried settlement amount in June it was R1083.00 and I queried it in Aug it was R7127.50. Someone called yesterday and I asked that they call me back, I am still waiting. I have no idea what is happening with my credir card. I was not called to make payment arrangements or to query what was happening because all of a sudden my account is with the recoveries team. I am upset becasue I WAS NOT CONTACTED this goes against the COBP becuased by law I am required to be notified before status of my account is changed. Make it make sense!!!!! If I could not be contacted via telephone surely I could have been emailed. Please someone needs to explain.
