Missing Salary Payment

My salary was paid into my newly opened FNB Aspire Account in October 2021 Received a confirmation email, sms and a message on the app that the money was deposited into my account. I checked my app and the balance still reflected as R0.00

The payment went off successfully from my employer's bank account.

I have been to the branch 4 times and no one can trace the missing payment. They say there is no such record of a payment and have no answers to give me.

I do not understand how a payment can just disappear into thin air. And nobody can provide feedback as to what happened to it. Its month end and I have bills to pay and no one can help me.

How can FNB have no trace of these funds but I received the 3 notifications to say the money was deposited into my account.

Of course the correct account number was used, Do you think this would have not been my first question, I also even received the sms on the FNB app, this has already been confirmed, I spent 3 hours at the branch this morning and no one can even trace where these funds are, how can FNB not trace these funds when the sms is there reflecting the deposit, this is utter nonsense and I need answers and a resolve asap.
