Missing Payments

Good day, payments were made from an FNB account and the recipient did not receive the payment. I have called FNB about 20 times in the last 3 weeks and have spoken to so many people and no one can assist. This is the worst service ever. Please could someone from FNB call me to assist. Payments were done in Jan 2020 so it's been 2 months.
