Missing payments

I made a payment to a nedbank credit card from fnb online banking. However, that payment cannot be located from Nedbank side. I have asked that FNB assist with recovering the funds of R20000 paid on the 25th of February but nothing has been done.

I aslo requested that my account be downgraded from private wealth to private clients and nothing has been done. Please assist as Nedbank continues to charge me interest
