Missing payment/reversal

I did a transaction on the 7 July 2025 to my TYMEBANK account using payshap no *** The funds were transferred but I never received them on my TYMEBANK account. They never reflected still. I called FNB FNB and the lady that was assisting me said I should wait for 24hrs for my funds to be released which I waited. Now I just called again seeing that my funds are still not there. They’re telling me to wait for 3-5 days that time I’m in need of the funds ASAP. Can this be resolved because it’s so unfair. It’s not like it’s a million rand of amount for it to be even investigated at all. Here’s my numbers *** OR ***.
