Missing payment - unable to be resolved by FNB

Being a South African, studying in the UK with no adequate support from your SA bank, is very a horribly sad experience. I have a payment that's gone missing with absolute no help from my bank in tryng to trace this money what so ever. I have called, emailed and is on hold now for God knows the how manyeth time, to try and find this money. I saw in a previous post, that a lady took 2 months to retrieve this money, I cannot afford to take this long, as I need this money for my visa or can face deportation.
