Missing payment and rediculous 08 number Shocking service

Have you tried calling yourselves on the 08 number or emailing FNB card @fnb .co.za. All your voice messages say press this press that and no matter what it says download the App. I don't want your app. Please find my missing payment for R500 that was made on 4th September 2021. As for MBD collections now that is another story. I have sent proof to them for what it's worth. Somebody phone me please.
