Missing payment

We transferred money from our FNB Stokvel on the 7nth of Sep to our member who's using Capitec account,she still didn't get the money but FNB says Capitec confirmed to have found the money, when she goes to Capitec they say the money didn't reach her acc. FNB Ref is CAS-***-F8V0Z0
