MISSING PAYMENT

On the 3rd of May 2018 I made a payment to one of my beneficiaries and all the details are correct because I double and tripple checked it before loaded and then again now because the payment is now missing in action. When I phoned them on the 7th of May querying this payment they said 48 hours and that will only be the 8th so I must give them time because that is how long it can take for payments to clear.

So on the 8th still noting and I lodged a missing payment request RP ********** 3818 and the persons said 48 hours now today is 48 hours and now they say 5 - 7 working days.

This is unacceptable in today's bad times money is of the essence and the money I paid back was money borrowed to me out of my sisters mom in laws account she is 94 years old and requires nappies for the month and due to this payment now missing they are not able to buy her nappies.

If I new this would be such an issue I would have rather went to my sister and hand her the money personally but I trusted FNB with the payment and now this is the service I get.

Also this morning when I phoned the first time the person put the phone down in my ears.

I am sorry this is unacceptable I will never ever trust FNB ever again with any payment.

I want this matter sorted out urgently please.

And so unfortunately this has still not been resolved after receiving a call from a very optimistic Deidre Scholtz on Friday but now almost a week later still nothing. New reference number ********** NF. Also it has just now happened to our company account as well where there is a payment missing wonder what is going on in FNB seems that they have system issues. Not feeling safe with FNB any more going to change my bank account and also sure the company will also do this because we now have two missing payments in a matter of three months.
