Missing payment

I had a very bad experience with FNB, I deposited an amount of R1000 on the 25 of April 2022 from my FNB check account to my Capitec savings account sadly i have no received that payment up until now, i called several times hoping to find help unfortunately no body bothered i was put on hold for almost an hour then the phone cut off. I ended up borrowing money some where else as FNB is no where to assist me with my money.
