Missing monies

<p>About a month ago i sent money in my best friends business account from my Capitec acc. the monies were supposed to be deposited into my mothers account who also happens to use FNB, after noticing that the monies were sent to the wrong persons account i arlerted my friend that i incorrectly deposited money in his busniess account. i was informed then that the account was closed and that he'd contact his Bank FNB to reverse the monies. </p> <p>After noticing that there wasnt any progress with FNB i called them and they said the Ownder of the business account needs to call them and not me. My friend called them and they told him that they will investigate. Now FNB has been investigating this for months with no communication whats so ever. I called Capitec and asked them to reverse the monies. i was told that this will be done within 7 days but guess whats twos months down the line im still waiting. </p> <p>What do i need to do to get my monies back. The business account is closed . why aint you people reversing my monies? </p>
