Missing money in FNB account

I have a problem with my FNB y account that I have reported to FNB via secure chat multiple times of money that is missing from my account. I reported unknown transactions that occur every 30 min to 1 hour of the day that I cannot account for but no action is being taken Please assist with above matter.
