Missing money??

I sold my house for R598 000. The outstanding amount was R539 581,73. I was supposed to get out R58 419, but only R19 286,72 was paid out. On top of that, FNB stalled the sale with at least 3 months, because Home Loans were so slow to provide information. During this time I had to continue paying for mortage protection and the bond. I must get back the mortage protection and the interest charged which I lost due to FNB tardiness. Where is the rest of the money? R39 133 is short on the sale of the house. R12 000 interest and mortage protection.
