Missing money

I have a forex trading acc with forextime and also have an acc with Fnb.

My fnb acc was closed without contacting me and I made a withdrawal from my forex trading account to my fnb acc and never received the money.

It's been 2 months since I made withdrawal till today. I contacted fnb spent hours on the phone and also contacted my broker fxtm.

Eng tells me the money has been send back to fxtm and fxtm tells me fnb has to trace the money via ARN.

I am so frustrated as to how can the money disappear without both companies knowing.

Please help
