Missing money

I made a payment to someone on January 29th 2024 via payshap but they never received it, I went to the branch and they made me talk to a fnb call center representative and the bank is aware of what happened and they told me to wait 3 days for feedback but already 3 weeks have passed and the money is not reversed or sent to the receiver
