Missing Money???

If I could give a negative rating, I would. SHOCKING service!

I had a creditor (who was with FNB) transfer money into my account (I am with a different bank). He showed me proof of payment and showed me the money had left his account (it was no longer pending, it had shown that it had cleared), however, I hadn't received it. When FNB was notified and asked where the money was, their response was "Yoh! I don't know" and then we were told that it happens quite often... Not sure how this is acceptable as money doesn't just "go missing". Either way, I will have nothing to do with FNB ever again.
