Missing funds from my account leaving it in negative balance!

FNB can just as well be called ********s. They took the only money I had to provide for my family and some or other Tolani Mazimbela from FNB has "plegged" my money and reported "*****ULANT ACRIVITY" on my account. This is ridiculous!! Instead of making a phone call to confirm any such nonsense he just takes my money without ANY traces of it going out of my account. So now not only does my account reflect a negative balance but I had nothing to feed my family this weekend and could not transport my children to school. Been phoning and costing me to deplete my last airtime just to be told it can take up to 30 days to resolve!!! Are you serious!!! We already live in povirty and then leave it to FNB to worsen the case even more. You are losing many many clients. I need compensation on this matter.
