Missing funds from FNB Account

Last month, around R2000 disappeared from my FNB Fusion account, I went through a long process with FNB and all they could say is that it's a virtual card transaction, but couldn't tell me what. I let it go thinking I must have made a mistake on my budgeting.

This month, however, I made sure not to use the account for the week leading up to my salary and that the account was on a zero balance when my salary came in. I then kept track of every single sent into or out of the account, and again, R2000 has vanished without a trace or transaction to back it up.

I see loads of people on HP are complaining about the same.

There's something going on on the FNB side and they need to resolve it URGENTLY.
