Missing Funds From Account

Woke up this morning to money missing from my account and my balance on a negative, only to hear that FNB debited money from the account due to technical issues they had over the weekend, mind you one that they never sent communication for to their clients. I am beyond appalled, imagine all the things I now have to put on hold, I can not get gas or even food.

I am so disappointed.
