Missing funds

So disappointed in fnb I have been a loyal client since 2018 ,on the 13th I made a transfer to my capetic account from fnb to capetic...no payment received they told me 2-3 working days ,after I remember selecting pay now and clear ,what's annoying is that I am always making tracasions to capetic and never get issues but last week I get this story ,now told to wait 14days ....so they don't care that I had an emergency I really needed to make the payment..I left capetic to fnb ,but now it seems like I need to leave fnb because how does such error happen,everyone of them are confirming they see transaction but don't know where there funds went too .. Like wow ...FNB I want my money not later than this week or you loose me as a client.
