Missing Funds

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and responsiveness from this bank regarding a serious issue involving missing funds. Despite reporting a suspicious transaction, there has been no meaningful update for several days. I expected better security and faster resolution from a bank that claims to prioritize trust and customer service. This experience has been frustrating and deeply concerning.
