Missing funds

I paid an amount of R16192,55 on the 15 of december 2021 to settle the personal loan i have with ABSA .It was a pay n clear now transaction but the funds have never reached the absa bank since paid.The absa account number where the funds were paid into is ***.i contacted absa n absa bank said that i must provide them with the proof of payment they liase with fnb that was last week ,this week i got a response from absa stating that i must go back to fnb as they are the one who processed it as it never reached absa account.iThis week i went to fnb to make a reversal .Today i got the response stating that i must contact adt security company ltd pty.ive got all email responses i got from both banks.please assist me in this case.yours foster mhlaba contact no ***
