Missing funds and NO help or assistance received from FNB

I logged a call about 3 weeks ago regarding a transfer my husband made from his Standard Bank account into my FNB account on 29th January 2019, which he has been doing this for over 3 years now.

The consultant then advised me to get proof of payment from Standard Bank which I then forwarded to FNB Premier **********

I get an email from a Gloria Maswabi on 21st February asking for my ID number or Account number. So I share this with her the details along with reference number my husband has been using for over 3 years now when transferring the funds into my account (Reference is ********** ********** 36).

I then receive call from Gloria on 22nd February morning informing me that FNB cannot do anything to track this payment down and that I must go back to Standard Bank (AGAIN) and log a missing payment. Standard Bank has confirmed AGAIN that these funds were deducted from my husband's account and is sitting with FNB.

I am sick and tired of been pushed from pillar to post - from one bank washing their hands to another!!!

What is the use of having a reference number that we have used for over 3 years now???? I would like to know where is my money as it is nearly a month now and NO ONE is willing to help!
