Missing funds.

I made two PayShap transactions two days ago—one was successful, but the other wasn’t. I escalated the issue with FNB, and they informed me that the reversal would take 24-48 hours. However, 48 hours have passed, and nothing has happened. I escalated the matter again this morning, only to be told to wait until tomorrow, or possibly Monday.

This is absolutely unfair and highly inconvenient, as it seems they have no idea where my money is. I'm now seriously reconsidering switching to this bank, as my previous bank NEVER gave me such issues!
