😡😡 Missing funds

I made a payment of R949.90 to an online store on Friday. Funds were deducted but the merchant says they never received the amount which is a shock to me because Funds were actually deducted. Find I call fnb and they tell me about pending payments etc and how I should wait a couple of days and the money will be reversed into my account.

Today I checked and there are no funds that have been reversed into my account 😡😡 just a balance higher than my available balance. Please refund my money as soon as tomorrow FNB. My accounts are in errors because of you guys and there’s no way I’m hell I’m going to pay for the same thing twice.

I’ve been adding money into that account but still.
