Missing Funds

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding an unresolved query related to my FNB account. For over a month, I have been diligently trying to resolve a discrepancy involving a missing amount of over 27K. Unfortunately, despite my repeated attempts through various channels, the issue remains unaddressed. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and feedback has made this a frustrating experience.
