missing fund. digital ***** department

I had earlier presented a complaint against the financial Institution. I am happy that someone contacted me but its disheartening that the case is yet resolved as the agent claimed to be transferring me to another department but I did not hear from anyone since then. i still have a missing fund of R10000?
