Missing Forex Withdrawal

I made a withdrawal of $87.14 on April 8th 2022 from my Exness Forex Trading Account which I haven't received to date. I went in to the FNB Westgate branch today, I was put on the phone with the FNB Forex Department. No one could help me I was sent from pillar to post.. got transferred to different departments without any help. I don't know if I should use the word *********** but that's how I feel about the FNB service stuff honestly. I mean a small bank like Capitec hasn't given me any issues with my Forex International Withdrawals.. highly highly disappointed. It's nearing 2 weeks now since I made the withdrawal. I'm new to FNB I'm even thinking of closing my Bank Account.
