Missing Forex Withdrawal

In all honesty. I dread having to resort to this website in order for my case to be taken seriously. It shouldn’t be the norm, it shouldn’t be like this at all.

In early Nov/Dec I made a withdrawal from my Forex trading account which was made on two separate bank cards. The amount of 2030$ which was meant to reflect on my FNB account within 5 days max has not yet reflected. When I tried to email I was told “ We refer to your enquiry and advise to contact the number on the back of your Card for any card related enquiries”. Worse I’ve been fighting with the forex broker for months on prior to the extent that I vouched to never use brokers located out South Africa due to this issue but in actual reality they’ve never given me “issues” till this.I only have now the MT103 of the withdrawal because my worry turned into resentment which resulted in me deleting the broker as a whole. The dollar to rand exchange back then if memory serves me correctly was R14.80/69. Where are these funds ?
