Missing Ewallet Payment

I made a withdrawal from Betway Tommy FNB ewallet but until now I didn't receive the money,the funny thing is FNB sent me a notification saying Betway has paid me. When I call FNB ewallet services I find people who seems to be clueless,they keep on transferring me and the phone end up being dropped.
