MISSING EFT :(

I made an EFT Payment of R400 from my FNB account to a Standard Bank account on the 3 August 2015, using the pay and clear now (extra R40). The money is still missing and not reflecting in Standard Bank Account. Everyday waste an hour with Online Banking. Consultants register a call but absolutely no further follow up. Money is still missing. Impossible to find someone inside the bank to resolve this matter. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE ASSIST - i have statements from both accounts to show money has not been processed correctly. Luke
