Missing e Bucks.

Hi,
I have been paying off the outstanding amount on my credit card since last year, approximately last 12 months, and noticed that my balance of e Bucks had decreased from E17000 approximately to almost zero. When i asked for an explanation I was given an explanation of how to earn e Bucks.
I have since received my latest statement and seen a charge of R200 for e Bucks membership. Now it is obvious that I no longer use the credit card and I informed the person that called me a year ago that I will be closing this credit card because it was suspended for 1 late payment, 2 days late.
I wanted to make final payment this month but was waiting for statement to arrive, the day it arrived I got sms to say no payment received. This statement included my e Bucks membership which I do not want to pay as I no longer use this card plus my e Bucks have mysteriously evaporated.
I would like your assistance to get this matter resolved and get correct bill so that I can end the frustration of using this facility.

Regards,

Nick.
